Halloween 2011 - General planning

  • 6pm: Meeting on the Parking: When you arrive come to us so that we can know that  you arrived, and make the helpers associations and so on.
  • 7pm: Departure from the parking to the park
  • Disney Village
    • After visual check of the crowd, if not too crowded => tour of the village ~1h
    • If too crowded => heading directly to the parc
  • Going through security check :  
    • Prepare your tickets and IDs
    • Helpers: prepare those for your suiter
    • Be ready to open your bags
    • Put your cameras back in your bags
    • Certain years they ask to take the head off, if you see that happening in front of you, be ready to do it.
    • Regroup and wait for the group a bit further after the security.
  • Parc main entrance:
    • Get your tickets ready
    • Right after the entrance they usually hands you a bracelet to identify that you have paid for the night. Don't forget it. Fursuiters: you can usually ask them to put it where you prefer (ie not on the wrist)
    • Regroup and wait for the group a bit further on the right.
  • Break on the right of main street if needed
  • Heading back to the plaza at the beginning of main street for interactions
  • Walking up  Main street
  • Interactions on central plaza: depending on the crowd.
  • Group photo at central Plaza in front of the castle:
    • Depending if it's crowded or not 
    • Photographs: shoot ! try to get the castle in the back to show up ;)
  • Frontierland (BTM, phantom Manor) + Break next to the Manor
  • Adventureland (Pirates of the caribeans) (to skip if it's late)
  • Discoveryland(Space mountain and/or Buzz-star tour: follow the right group !  +Break Videopolis
  • Fantasyland: if it's still open (order might be switched with discoveryland depending on timing and rides closing before midnight)
  • Going through central Plaza
  • Going down Main street
  • Group photo in front of City Hall.
  • 1am: park closing
  • ~2am: Back to the parking lot
